To deepen the implementation of the "Fengcheng Talents" plan, build a platform for employee skill improvement, cultivate and inherit the spirit of craftsmanship, and strive to create a good social atmosphere where "everyone can succeed and everyone can develop their talents," since the second half of 2019, the Fengxian Federation of Trade Unions in Xuzhou City has spearheaded the 12th Fengxian "10,000 Employees' Intensive Training, 100 Technical Performances, and 10 Competitions" activity. Xuzhou Fengcheng Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. participated in the competition in two categories: chemical instrument repair workers and chemical inspectors. Li Zhengliang, head of the instrument department, and Wei Chongde, head of the quality inspection center, were specifically responsible for the organization and implementation.

On September 29, 2019, at 3:00 PM, the Fengxian Federation of Trade Unions held a summary and commendation meeting for the 12th Employee Skills Competition at the second-floor meeting room of the Fengxian Federation of Trade Unions' staff service center to award prizes to the winning units and individuals.

The Xuzhou Fengcheng Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. Trade Union happily received the "Fengxian 12th Employee Skills Competition Excellent Organization Award" and was presented with a plaque; company employees Liu Kaikai (chemical instrument repair worker), Hou Shasha, and Yang Shuyun (chemical inspector) happily received the title of "Fengxian 12th Employee Skills Competition Technical Vanguard" and were awarded certificates of honor; company employees Qin Cunliang, Gao An, Chen Rui, Yan Wuhao, and Ji Minglei (chemical instrument repair workers), Xu Lingyun, Li Xiaotong, Zhang Mengxue, Chang Shuna, and Liu Zhaojuan (chemical inspectors) happily received the title of "Fengxian 12th Employee Skills Competition Technical Expert" and were awarded certificates of honor; and company employee Wang Hui happily received the title of "Fengxian 12th Employee Skills Competition Excellent Organizer" and was awarded a certificate of honor.

Zhang Yun, head of the Fengxian County Committee Organization Department, delivered a summary speech at the commendation meeting, hoping that the commended units and individuals would cherish their honors, continue to strive for progress, create new achievements, and make new contributions.
