The significance of a successful team-building event for a company lies in: building a high-performing team; fostering employee relationships and better integration into the company; and observing employee leadership.

The joy of mountains and rivers comes from the heart. In the clear autumn season, let's embark on an impromptu journey to the mountains. From September 20th to 22nd, Jinma Property organized a team-building activity for department and project managers in Anqing, Anhui Province.

Our first stop was Mingtang Mountain, located in Yuexi County, Anhui Province, in the heart of the Dabie Mountains in southwestern Anhui. We took a cable car up the mountain and walked along the high-altitude plank road carved into the cliff face. Surrounded by rolling peaks and mountains, we breathed in the negative ions in the forest oxygen bar, enjoying the ethereal distant mountains and lush greenery. We temporarily put aside the hustle and bustle of our daily work and life.

The magnificent glass bridge soars between Shennv Peak and Shengmu Peak. Several high-altitude acrobats seek balance between strength and beauty, showcasing their exquisite skills amidst the blue sky and forests. Those who walked across the glass bridge showed diverse appearances; some strolled leisurely, lingering and reluctant to leave, while others looked straight ahead, walking swiftly.

Our second stop was Tianzhu Mountain, which, along with Huangshan Mountain and Jiuhua Mountain, is known as one of the three famous mountains in Anhui Province. Located in Qianshan County, southwestern Anhui Province, Tianzhu Mountain is about 100 kilometers away from Mingtang Mountain; there is a saying that 'the two mountains stand tall, meeting as a pair'. Famous for its beautiful mountains and clear waters, it is renowned for its '雄峰幽洞、奇松怪石' (majestic peaks, mysterious caves, peculiar pines, and strange rocks) and is a World Geopark.

We spent half a day walking the Tianzhu Mountain West Line small loop, visiting the most exquisite main peak scenic area. The weather was fine, and the scenery was breathtaking. We took the Dalongwo cable car uphill, adjusted our clothes at Zhenyigang, and climbed the steps. The beautiful scenery along the way was captivating. The entrance to Yixiantiandong is extremely narrow, with huge rocks piled up; on Feilaifeng, peak pillars grow in clusters, the wind moves the stones; overlooking the beautiful Liandan Lake, the calm lake is serene and elegant; on the top of Tianchifeng, we looked up at the towering Tianzhu Peak, which stands upright in the sky, feeling refreshed and full of passion; not far from Tianzhu Peak, the Tianzhusong grows out of the steep cliffs and rocks, standing tall and strong, its strong branches soaring into the sky. This spirit of taking root in the cracks of rocks and tenacious growth seems to offer some inspiration on how to handle tough problems in our property management work. After walking down the narrow and steep Baibub Yunti, looking back at the dangerous pass and ancient fortress, we recalled the past golden age when one man could guard the pass and ten thousand men could not open it...

During the mountain trek, colleagues exchanged work anecdotes and chatted about daily life, enhancing mutual understanding and strengthening their sense of participation and responsibility towards the team. In the process of forging ahead during the climb, overcoming psychological inertia and cultivating perseverance in overcoming difficulties were reflected in every small step. When we reached the top of Tianchifeng and overlooked the mountains, everyone felt the joy and confidence of 'the endless scenery lies beyond the dangerous peaks'. (Jinma Property, Jiang Lianyi)
