On the morning of January 13, 2020, at 9:30 am, managers from Yiduo Group and its subsidiaries gathered at the 20th-floor meeting room of Wuxi International Hotel for the 2019 annual work summary meeting. The meeting, hosted by Shen Wei, the Group's General Legal Counsel, included four agendas: year-end summary reports from Yiduo Group's subsidiaries, an important speech and work deployment by Xie Lingyun, Executive Director of Yiduo Group, year-end exchanges between Yiduo Group and its subsidiaries, and the Yiduo Group year-end dinner.
Year-End Summary Reports of Yiduo Group's Subsidiaries
Heads of Yiduo Group's subsidiaries delivered work reports based on their respective company situations, providing a comprehensive summary of the 2019 production and operation status and outlining the 2020 work plans and targets.
Zheng Qibao, General Manager of Xuzhou Fengcheng Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., delivered a work report titled "Upholding Integrity, Following the Right Path, Enhancing Enterprise Competitiveness Through Legal Compliance." In 2019, Xuzhou Fengcheng Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. focused on "cost reduction and consumption reduction" to achieve its annual goals. Zhong Ping, General Manager of Xuzhou Tiancheng Chlor-Alkali Co., Ltd., comprehensively summarized the 2019 work based on financial indicators, product output, quality, consumption, safety and environmental protection, marketing, and administrative logistics management. Due to the overall decline in the markets for white carbon black and caustic soda, the company's overall production and operation situation was not ideal.
