On November 26th, Liangxi District's second "Liangxi Good Taste" Culinary Competition, hosted by the Liangxi District Federation of Trade Unions, successfully concluded at the Wuxi Jinling Grand Hotel. The competition was organized by the Liangxi District Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by Wuxi Jinling Grand Hotel and Wuxi City Center Crowne Plaza Hotel. After careful preparation by the competition organizing committee and meticulous organization by the participating units, nearly 100 catering contestants from 26 hotels in 16 streets across the district participated. This essentially covered all the excellent catering enterprises in the district, bringing together elite Chinese service staff, representing the overall level of Liangxi's catering industry. The competition was organized by the Liangxi District Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by Wuxi Jinling Grand Hotel and Wuxi City Center Crowne Plaza Hotel. Through careful preparation by the competition organizing committee and meticulous organization by participating units, nearly 100 catering contestants from 26 hotels in 16 streets across the district participated. From initial project design to competition organization, a high level of professionalism was demonstrated.

In the intense competition, each contestant wholeheartedly immersed themselves, showcasing their skills and the strengths of their participating units. During the judging process, judges adhered to the principles of fairness, reasonableness, standardization, and consistency in scoring contestants, fully reflecting their conscientious performance and the fairness and impartiality of the competition. After two and a half hours of intense competition in the final, Chef Ding Chen from Wuxi International Hotel won third place in the individual competition with his "Crispy Silverfish" and "Bamboo Fungus Stuffed with Crab Roe".

This second "Liangxi Delicious Flavors" Culinary Master Competition further promoted Liangxi's traditional cuisine, highlighting its unique flavors, folk culture, and local food customs, and effectively improving the cooking skills and service levels of Liangxi's catering industry employees.
