Yi Duo Group founder Xie Jubao: Establishing the "Golden Horse Fund" in his hometown to care for the elderly

On October 17, 2018, on the occasion of the Double Ninth Festival, Mr. Xie Jubao, founder of Yiduo Group, visited his hometown, Chunfeng Village, to visit the elderly villagers and distribute the elderly allowance. This event benefited 153 elderly people over 80 years old, 1131 elderly people over 60 years old, and several people in need in Chunfeng Village.
On October 17, 2018, during the Double Ninth Festival, Mr. Xie Jubao, founder of Yiduo Group, visited his hometown, Chunfeng Village, to see the elderly and distribute elderly care funds. This activity benefited 153 elderly people over 80 years old and 1131 elderly people over 60 years old in Chunfeng Village, as well as several people in need in the village.
In 2011, Mr. Xie Jubao established the "Jinma Fund," a charity fund for the elderly in Chunfeng Village, donating 250,000 yuan annually. The village is responsible for distributing the appropriate amount of elderly care funds to all villagers aged 60 and over 80 on the Double Ninth Festival each year, with the remaining funds used to support those in need. Xu Hanming, head of Xibai Town; Chu Yunyan, deputy head of Xibai Town; Liu Yanhong, member of the Town Party Committee; and Hua Jun, Party Secretary of Chunfeng Village Committee, attended the ceremony.
Mr. Xie Jubao is a native of Chunfeng Village. Located at the foot of Doushan Mountain, on the border of Xibai Town and Jiangyin, Chunfeng Village is geographically remote and lacks industrial economic support, resulting in a relatively weak village economy. At the age of 18, he left his hometown to support Tibet and has been working hard ever since. While achieving personal success, he has always missed his hometown. In 1999, when his Yiduo Real Estate Company was just starting out, he invested 18 million yuan to establish Tiancheng Animal Husbandry Group in his hometown of Chunfeng Village as an industry project to help villagers find employment and become wealthy. After the launch of the "Zhiti" campaign by the Wuxi Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, he resolutely shut down his animal husbandry company, which produced 5-6 tons of milk daily, and invested 4.8 million yuan to demolish and rebuild the existing buildings. He uses the annual rental income as a fixed donation to support public services in his hometown, Chunfeng Village. In 2006, he donated another 18 million yuan to build the Wuxi Jinma Kindergarten in his hometown, donating it to the local government free of charge.
Mr. Xie Jubao often says, "We often cannot do great things, but we can do good deeds with great love. Money is easy to obtain, but kindness is hard to find. Public welfare promotes social progress and the development of the world."
